The book presents a monographic research of an actual economical problem - the use of stock market methods and tools for investments attraction in economics restructuring. Potentialities of the main investors, advantages and disadvantages of the existing practice of free money resources attraction, contradictions between the stock market members are considered from this perspective. Special attention is paid to effective attraction and the use of the money savings of the population, to the rights of private investors and their protection.
